Off Roading with the Burch's

BJ and I've meet an amazing couple here in the great state of WY :) they're from Texas and he's in the same line of business as BJ. Crazy thing is his name is BJ as well!! We enjoy spending time with BJ and Lindsey and making great memories. This weekend they invited us to go off roading on the moutain :/ it was a BLAST. Here are some pics from our adventure.

Sierra's slumber party!!!

These pictures are tooooo cute to not post!! One of our friends Seth went out of town for the weekend so we watched Emmite. Sierra and Emmite had a GREAT time. Sierra was being the good girl that she is and shared her bed!!

Update for mom

Okay mom has been asking for an update on the basement...so here it is. I took these pictures today 11/5 and we're almost done (I mean they're almost done). BJ and I are getting soooo excited (so are the guys). I know what you're thinking purple?!?!? Well BJ said I could pick the colors and since we've moved here I've become crafty :) and wanted this to be my craft room since we don't have another bed to put in there. I'm really excited about the room and can't wait to make it my little haven. The cabinets you see in the living area is part of the bar. They're putting in a glass front fridge in the open spot, granite countertop and mirror back (from counter to ceiling) that will have four shelves. I'm thinking a stock the bar party via skype and fedex is in need :) The final date is in 4 days so I hope to be posting again with the final outcome that is if I'm not too busy in my craft room!!

First Snow!!!

We'll last night we got our first taste of snow...October I know CRAZY!!! Since BJ goes to work before I do I thought I should be nice and let him keep his truck in the garage (I also have seat warmers) and I came out to a car covered in snow :( I would post a pic, but I took a pic with my phone and not sure how to get it on the computer. Thank goodness the school is only a minute away so I was able to get some off and head out. I took pics of the mountain behind our house as well as the left over snow when I got home from work. Not alot, but def there!! Today the warmest it got was 35.

Ready for Construction Zone to be DONE!!

As you can tell I'm not the only one ready for this to be done...Sierra can't stand those men in her house!! There's dust all over the place down stairs; I can't even stand to go down there. BJ tells me to chill out, but if anyone knows me I can't stand a dirty house. The walls are up and ready to be textured. Spoke with the carpenter and he's going to have all the doors, trim and cabinets in this weekend. 15 days and counting!!! I've posted a couple of pics to show you just whats going on....

Entering a Construction Zone

So BJ and I LOVE our basement!! Except for the fact that once you go beyond any of the three doors that you enter a construction zone. We've decided to finish out the basement so we can enjoy every part of the house (and have room for tons of guests). The contractors starting next week and finishing two bedrooms, a bathroom and a bar. We're sooooo excited and can't wait to have it done. I'll post pictures once it's completed.

Mom called and said they just booked their tickets to come visit for Christmas!!!! We're sooooo excited!!! I can't wait to see the boys okay mom and bud too :)

September was a bussssy month for me....after Vegas I left for Houston to celebrate with the soon to be parents Kalli and Richard!! We had a wonderful time at the shower in College Station. I would post more pics, but all the other ones have Kalli in them and I would be in sooo much trouble :( I think she looks wonderful!! Kalli and I spent an entire day (11am to 5pm) at the mall being that living in Rock Springs, WY I'm deprived of good shopping (unless you count home depot) she was such a trooper!!

Riley asked Kayla to marry him!!!! We're so excited for these two and can't wait for their wedding in June :)

So we all knew Jack was a ladies man, but it was confirmed in Florida. He had girls coming from all over the place some BJ and I couldn't even find the parents ;) I took some pics to show him when he gets older.
